Why I'm a JPAL
I am passionate about developing the leaders of tomorrow and currently provide guidance as part of mentorship programs at the Singapore Management University and the Young Women’s Leadership Connection. I would like to share experiences from my career journey with people inside J&J and beyond through the JPAL program. Internal expertise is key to supporting the growth of JLAB resident and alumni companies and I am excited to add value in this area.
Bio
I have been with J&J for over 20 years and joined the company in 1991 as a Medical Representative for J&J Singapore. I have worked across a wide range of functions since and assumed the role of President of One Johnson & Johnson Southeast Asia in 2017, where for the first time we had a one company enterprise business model, encompassing pharmaceuticals, consumer products and medical devices. I stepped into my current role of Company Group Chairman of the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson in Asia Pacific in June 2017.
