珍妮特一直与强生超过15年,领先research & product development and developing external partnerships. She currently is an R&D Director at Janssen, in the World Without Disease Accelerator. She has served as Associate Director and Fellow, R&D Innovation at J&J Consumer Products, and as Associate Director, Behavioral Science at J&J's Health & Wellness Solutions. Prior to these roles, Janet came to J&J from the biotech industry working at various start-ups. Her experience spans across clinical research, behavioral science, skincare, new business models, regenerative medicine, and digital product development. While at J&J, she has created new research platforms, helped launch a new DTC business, also led an R&D diligence team for an external investment and potential acquisition of a medical device company. Janet holds a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan and B.S. and M.S. in Chemical Engineering.
