Why I'm a JPAL

I have led products/technologies from concept, through lab feasibility, and all the way to full scale launch. The perspective of taking new technologies through the entire process may be advantageous on both the technical and tactical side of product development.

Bio

I have over 10 years working in medical device development and extensive background in polymer science and process development. As part of Johnson & Johnson VisionCare, I was responsible for process and product development from stage 0 to 5 across 4 new products and 20+ high volume, custom production line validations. This included translation of multiple academic research programs into the production environment for quality and efficiency improvements. After various roles within VisionCare, I moved to an advanced engineering role within the medical device sector focused on early adoption of innovative technologies. This led to the development of the 3D Printing Center of Excellence where I lead the polymer vertical focusing on all sectors within Johnson & Johnson.

Quote

"I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work."

- Thomas Edison

Fun fact:

I have been to 4 different forms of football professional matches across 3 continents.
