Why I'm a JPAL
It is an excellent opportunity to share information with start up organizations in JLABS. It is a two-way learning experience, where I am able to learn a lot while attempting to provide insights and advice to a JLABS partner.
Bio
Education: PhD - chemistry (organic synthesis), MBA - International business. Experience: R&D environment for over 20 years developing novel small molecules and polymeric materials for ophthalmic applications. Involved in the product development process from the research to launch stage - regulatory, claims, marketing support in addition to chemistry and materials development.
