Why I'm a JPAL

I am the R+D lead for OTC products in Asia and also leading the works in Consumer Health for the Lung Cancer Initiative (LCI). My team has many interesting projects ongoing and we would love to see more innovative ideas supported. I have conducted multiple round of reviews for several QuickFire challenges already.

Tom is a seasoned leader with extensive experience in the Pharma/Healthcare sector. Started with a technical background, he has lead teams in a diverse range of dynamic environments including Innovation, R&D, Strategy, Portfolio & Project Management, Business Development, Supply Chains, Export affairs and Third party management in China, US and Europe.
