Why I'm a JPAL
I would like to contribute to the Johnson and Johnson mission of helping the startup companies create value for the consumer & society. Having been through TAP and worked with a startup, I believe I can provide them support on the expertise that they may not have and help them fulfill their vision of bringing their product/service to the consumer. With my broad-based experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing & Engineering, I could help them shape their plans for commercialization of their product/service. I also have a selfish motive of learning a lot by sheer interaction with the startups and bring in some of those learnings into Johnson and Johnson.
Bio
18 years of experience in Supply Chain, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Project Management & Engineering and Technology. Worked with varied industries including Chemicals, White Goods, Pharmaceuticals & FMCG.
