Vanessa Ramirez

Vanessa is the Business Operations Lead for Johnson & Johnson Innovation, JLABS at JLABS @ SSF. In this role, she is responsible for managing the day to day business operations for the site and facility, ensuring the productivity of all resident companies at JLABS. She provides guidance for onboarding licensee companies, and serves as the main point of contact providing information on JLABS operations and processes.

Prior to joining JLABS, Vanessa spent two years as an office manager and account specialist for a flooring business, servicing the bay area, where she was responsible for project management, accounting and sales.

Vanessa holds a B.A. in Sociology from the University of California San Diego.
